Welcome! My name is Laura Landry Coley, and I am a wife, mommy, doula, counselor, and marketing director! My husband and I have a precious son, Cason, and the 3 of us currently call Mandeville, LA home. Our crazy 2 year old is a heart warrior and had a very challenging start to life, but presently he is doing well and constantly keeps us busy!

I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary as of May, 2017. During the day, I work for a marketing firm in New Orleans. I am not currently practicing counseling, but my previous counseling position was with Spanish-speaking women facing crisis pregnancies. I love working with birth clients who speak Spanish as well. I love women, I love babies, and I love helping mothers through the most challenging and rewarding days of their lives. I completed my doula training in the summer of 2014 through the Academy of Certified Birth Educators and am a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International. I am also a member of a local birth collective, Beginnings Birth & Doula Services.

A doula “serves” – and I joyfully help my client’s through the grace of the Lord!

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies.
